Thursday College Football Best Bets
Nebraska -6.5 -115 — I think Nebraska is going to light up the scoreboard and run away with this victory. I expect a huge leap from Raiola this year, building on his true freshman season, and to look like the highly touted prospect everyone expected.
CJ Campbell 60+ Rushing Yards +125 (Bet365) — He is replacing Rutgers’ best runner, and I don’t think they will change their offensive philosophy. I expect them to continue pounding the ball against what should be an inferior team.
M. Madsen 250+ Passing Yards +195 (Bet365) — He lost the team’s best player and Heisman runner-up Jenty. He hit this mark five times last season, including Week 1. With a week to prepare against a less talented roster, his coach should have a lot of guys running open for him.
D. Finn Anytime TD +450 (Bet365) — He is returning to the MAC after a short, less successful stint in the Big 12, where he played last season at Baylor. He’s a massive threat on the ground, and if they find themselves near the goal line, they’ll likely call his number.
